The following are my funny camping stories.

Camping Preparation

Date: August 31/06

This weekend I will be camping for the first time ever. I have no idea what to expect or what will be involved. So today I decided to go to my local grocery store and purchase a few items which I feel would be suitable for such a trip.

• 24 rolls of toilet paper

• Flashlight with extra strength batteries

• Night vision goggles

• Mini gas barbeque with an 8L propane tank

• Shot gun, I mean "squirt gun" which can also take real bullets

• Swiss army knife

And finally the most important item

• My car - So I can get the heck out of there the minute something happens!!

Now I think of it, this trip may not be so bad after all!

My First Ever Camping Trip

Date: September 2/06

My first ever camping trip is complete. The following story took me a lot of time to create. I worked my butt off to gather all the facts of what really went down to share with you on this page. So if you can bare with me, I’d really appreciate it.

Alright let’s get started.

I woke up Saturday morning and noticed it was raining. So I said “Screw this!” and cancelled the trip.

Lesson - Never go camping for the first time when hurricane Ernesto is out with a vengeance. That would be a rookie mistake!
